This policy aims to provide a mechanism for reporting concerns regarding potential violations of laws, regulations, company policies, ethical standards such as bribery and corruption, human rights violations, whistleblower and complaints against anyone acting on behalf of or for the company.
Poratha guarantees full confidentiality as permitted by law and strictly prohibits retaliation or discrimination against those who lodge reports or assist in investigations.
You may submit your grievance or complaint anonymously, however, providing your identity, position and nature of misconduct or names of persons involved will contribute to effectively addressing, investigating your concerns and allowing us to follow-up in order to resolve matters.
